I cannot wait till the day I’m able to drop this service

I don’t know what it is but recently the T-Mobile home Internet has been a steaming pile of doodoo.

out of nowhere it’ll randomly disconnect and it’ll show that the network is great and that there’s great service but there’s no connection.

i’ve also noticed that my phone Internet has slow down significantly and will sometimes just stop working even though they just did maintenance.

I even let them know that it’s probably best not to send me the customer satisfaction survey because I will not be kind
