how to leave a good customer service review?

@HeavenM can pass the word up the chain.
im in the hospital with the youngest my phone got locked out, called customer service she said she said she sent me a text me to verify but they locked my phone so i cant get the code, im visually impaired and its missed up my phone function and i cant get a hold of 2 of my children, logged on to the website and it doesn't even explain why my phone was locked out, the customer service said that they added the code to protect from fraud, but i cant contact any of my family to get the code and they wont fix my account. i have autopay set up, so there only harming my family and i don't know if my other phones are working currently, the customer service told me she was just doing her job by not doing anything.
