How can we get help with service?
Nightime my speed drops to 9mps. I cannot stream any TV without buffering. I call tech line they tell me maintenance. Then they say it slows when to many have access. If they can't handle the volume ...

I suspect that the ‘night’ issues might be localized. I personally had more issues during the day (~8am-5pm) where zoom/VPN would disconnect, and my devices would drop WiFi (modem issue?)
I went back to Spectrum, sadly. Spectrum isn’t ‘all bad’, I just wanted to test an alternative.
As far as streaming goes - I generally didn’t have issues - I suspect that’s in part as my area has a strong LTE service (no 5g on local tower).
It is a lower cost (than most) solution … so I don’t expect much, but I do try to hold T-Mobile to their service. The sad part, it that this is mainly a low end appliance gateway, with a lot of limitations. They do have a lot of info on their site about this, and NAT / streaming platforms, etc.
