It is on/off/slow when connected. Sagemecom Fast 5688W. Charger is the one that came with it. Full bars signal always. Last time had to replace it.

Perhaps your devices (smart TVs, streaming devices, computers, etc.) are too far away from your gateway. Get the Speedtest by Oklahoma app for your phone. Measure the download speed near your devices, near the gateway, and throughout the house.
If you find dead spots, you could try relocating the gateway or adding a mesh extender.
