Dissatisfied customer

I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 20yrs. I called to upgrade my plan from the grandfather plan to the Go5Gplus for 4lines and was told I have that plan which was changed Nov14.
only to remember was approach by a t-mobile rep in Costco and was inquiring the cost to upgrade my phone and was given a few options which was over my budget at the time and advised him will think about it, not to realize the rep changed my plan without my knowledge and my bill went up over $100.

Only to realize that on Black Friday when I call T-Mobile to upgrade my plan for the promo $185 for 4 lines that advertised online, T-Mobile rep over the phone advised to change my plan back to the original will take effect until 11dec. So I will definitely miss out on that promotion for not fault of mine but because someone changed my plan with my knowledge like I said.

i am very disappointed with T-Mobile and the service I received.

If T-Mobile was to change your plan immediately, you would have two months of service billed for the one month because T-Mobile does not prorate partial months of service.  Try reaching out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter/X to see if there is anything they can do to resolve this for you.
