My daughter is in Italy. Bought the International Roaming package. She is unable to connect to Google, get Google maps, etc. We have contacted T-Mobile x 5 to figure out the issue. They have been ...
High speed data when overseas can go very quickly. The unlimited aspect of the data is incredibly snow and would not be fast enough to use things like Google Maps. Make sure she has data roaming enabled on her device.
