Creepy worker
I entered a T mobile store in Ontario, Ohio when i was greeted by a man named Josh. After being helped, I left. After i left, i received a text from him on his personal phone, regarding the plans with the iphone 15. Then he started flirting with me! Where can i report this to? he’s a manager at this location, so not sure that’s gonna work.
Wow! We love that our teammates are friendly and helpful, but there is definitely a line that should never be crossed. Can you please send me a direct message with the store address that you went to. I can pass the feedback along to the right people so that we can address that asap. Thanks!
Thatd be very appreciated! I’m going in tommorow to talk to another manager, i’m just very worried because he used my personal information to contact me through his personal phone, and who knows what else he could with the information on my account.
