Cell phone call quality issues since switching from Sprint to Tmobile

This has been going on since beginning of this year.. since I was requested/forced to make the switch from Sprint to T-Mobile.

In my home I have little to no cell service at times... and when I do I either cant hear them talking or I sound robotic to the other person ..

When I was with Sprint for 20 plus years... in the same area... I used to have almost full bar 5G and no cell phone call quality issues ... this is not ok !!!. 

I need answers how to resolve this issue !!

  • and they already switched you to the TMO sim card? also keep in mind that wherever the Sprint tower was you were connecting to might not be the same tower TMO uses..so it might be further out compared to Sprints.

     

    you can contact TMO either by calling in (tier 1 support) or contact them through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter (tier 2 support) and have them put in a network ticket,
