bad coverage inside my house

Hi TMO Customer Support,

kindly, I have no signal inside my house . This issue has been started since May . Looks like the site near by is down . RSRP Jumping -128 sometimes no services . My friends complaining once they visited me for both very bad throughput and bad coverage for android and IOS devices .

  • you will need to contact TMO either through calling in (tier 1 support) or through one of their social media platforms like Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support). have them put in a network ticket since its safe to say its network and not device/account.
