Anyone else fed up with the spotty coverage?

Had TM for many years and it just gets worse and worse. We got the home internet a year ago and it's been trash since day one, even after they "updated" it. I've had to put my phone into 4g while at home just to MAYBE get a phone call. 

Am I the only one out there ready to toss TM in the trash can and switch to another carrier?? So frustrating. 

  • If it doesn't work for you,  and it's where you should have service… time to port.  Either file a support ticket, or if that's gone nowhere, file a BBB ticket- they'll probably help you port
