Account name change
I called a month ago to change the account to Magdalena Szczerbinski from Anna Szczerbinski, but the bill is still addressed to Anna Szczerbinski

You will need to visit a T-Mobile store to show ID to have your name corrected on your account. You might also be able to verify and have it done through T-Force. You can send them a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter to see if they can take care of that for you.
