5G on Home Network
We have the Wireless home internet and our area shows the highest coverage of 5G but our speed is really bad. We have moved it around the home and get no more than 2 bars. We have tried to update the modem itself after getting into it with the modem settings and set them to what they should be. Found a website on tmobile that is supposed to be able to update the modem but its a dead site. Anyone know what is going on or possibly and tips, hints or possible resolutions they have found with this same issue?

If you also have an Android phone, and are looking for the best possible method, it will take some work.
- Obtain cell mapper if you have an Android device, and use it to pinpoint your towers location.
- Recommend using Google earth to 3d map a line to the tower (will show trees/buildings, etc blocking your connection)
- Move your device to a location (high up if possible, window path if possible).
- Use the TMobile app to validate location, and signal. Rotate the device. Using Arcadyan device I have found that the tower needs to be around 40 degrees clockwise (2:00) from the display
