Looks like another T-Mobile liar story. After spending 2 months with several different T-Mobile reps promising a Cellspot to fix poor home reception, I've given up. I have even received an email from...
....also, if you're experiencing something similar from T-Mobile, switch to another carrier. I'm going to do that.
