2 Months, countless promises and NO CELLSPOT!!

Looks like another T-Mobile liar story. After spending 2 months with several different T-Mobile reps promising a Cellspot to fix poor home reception, I've given up. I have even received an email from T-Mobile indicating they will send the device. After waiting 2 weeks, silence from T-Mobile and even worse, contacting Customer support starts the whole process over. I can't wait to post the entire conversations over social media. Free advertising, what's not to like?

    ....also, if you're experiencing something similar from T-Mobile, switch to another carrier. I'm going to do that.
