Why are we being penailzed for paying with a credit card?
T-Mobile already took away the $5 discount that I had for auto-pay, and now will add a $10 penalty if I do not give them a debit card or bank account!!! This is daylight robbery and I am very disappo...
Credit card companies have varying rates, and 6% is simply not true. Even Amex is a bit less. Why lie? And for a major user of credit card services, T Mobile probably gets a discounted rate. Fact is, T Mobile states that it will charge me 10% to use credit card auto pay. Even if their fee is 6%, they’re using this scam to make 4% more on my account. I thought T Mobile was a stand up company, but looks like they are corrupt liars. And cheaters.
