Hey there @soie631 Many customers really enjoy connecting with us through chat rather than calling in. We love it too! We don’t know when we will be able to fully integrate the Rebate Support team, but your feedback is heard and appreciated. We have big plans for our chat function, but they take time so keep an eye out for updates. :)
