How do we get T-Mobile to refund us when we cancelled our account?
I cancelled my account in March. Since then, I have $86.51 to receive from T-Mobile. I keep calling, going to stores, talking via chat. They keep sending me bills saying it will be deposit on my cred...
You can try using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or X to see if the can help.
This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access.
Is it a prepaid account? If so there's no refunds on those accounts per terms and conditions.
