My Iphone Xr is unable to access cellular data or make and receive calls or send messages. It firts said to access my data it needed to be updated so I had the phone updated manuaally at a best buy ...
if you have another iphone that is active around you and also a TMO phone try swapping sim cards to see if maybe its the sim card itself? physical sim card or esim?
