got a text regarding trade in device apple iphone 8 t-mobile serial # 358712094447347 stating quote has been adjusted to $0? why & what happened?
It usually means that the phone has no trade in value but you will get monthly credits on your bill for the trade in.
You can try contacting TMobile using messenger on one of their social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter and ask them.
