Tmobile refuses to credit me for phone, they claim employee lost it

traded in my iPhone 10 for a 13 in September 2022. Was told I would receive $400 credit. I have been back to the store where I brought it several times just to be lied to and finally they admitted an ex-employee probably lost my trade in or stole it.

    Have you tried contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
