T-Lite App Says Gateway is Offline, but it is not

T-Lite app shows that my 5G Gateway (white) is offline even though it is not.

    I am having same issue and unable to Manage Devices, T-Life shows 0 Devices connected, but my whole house is working fine, lights, cameras, PC... T-Life app is horrible.

    I have the same issue. I just wanted to give a try to TMobile home internet but the software and setup is so annoying that I may just return it. I am writing this message connected to the WiFi but T-Mobile app keeps saying gateaway is offline and I cannot make setting on it.
