Tlife app / gateway offline

I just installed the Tlife app 2 days 11/30/24 ago to manage the old TMobile gateway we have (model: 5G21-12W-A). The gateway is totally working but showing offline on the app so it is worthless. Deleted/reinstalled app, cleared cache, have no VPN, restarted the gateway. Was escalated to the TMobile engineering team. Still waiting for a response. So frustrating ‼️
