The T-Mobile application does not work on the iPhone. On-screen message: Sorry we,re not ready for you yet. We,re working on improving your app experience. How to fix it?
The T-Mobile app does not work with any prepaid device or account.
Don’t feel bad I’m post paid and still can’t access it, I’ve even escalated to the tech team and twice not gotten it fixed yet.
