This just happened to me and I filed a complaint with the Bbb. The said they could only honor the 800 credit not the 1000 in which a supervisor called me
Mark 1247233 saying they can not do the honor because the are not responsible for the delivery because it wasn't signed for. They pay for the shipping and I have tracking numbers. There is either a thief in house or a scam. UPS is giving them a refund in which I'm not entitled to. Only thing I can do next is legal action complaint and file a police report which I will do tomorrow.
