Knocking noise in background

I turned them in to the FCC and Tmobile haf to call me....they so with an attitude and still denied its them. Tried to say it's where I am after I have repeatedly told them everything
So it looks like a class action lawsuit needs to be started cause they obviously are refusing to fix the issue and have no plans to.
