RCS messages on iphone13

I have an iphone 13. With the 18.0 apple update RCS messaging was working on my phone. After the 18.1 ios update last week all of my messages are not SMS. I do not find anything indicating this is an Apple update problem so I’m wondering if it’s a problem on T-Mobile end.
