Prepaid plan doesn’t allow cancelling unless you call.
I tried the e-sim app on my phone to see if t-mobile’s coverage was any better than my primary carrier. It was almost the same. I tried to cancel on the T-mobile app and web app and there is no way to do it. The mobile app gave a page that said something went wrong and I couldn’t get past it even after force quitting so I deleted the app. You have to call their prepaid division and talk to a rep who puts you on hold while you’re forced to listen to loud, terrible pop music. Then when they return after a long wait they try to offer you a better plan. NO!!! So while I was interested in T-mobile as a carrier this experience convinced me I’d be crazy to sign on with them…ever!

Once funds run out the prepaid plan will cancel automatically.
