Phone Order more than 3 weeks but still did not get it

UPS supposed to be delivered to my house on October 3, 2023. They sent out notification & rescheduled to deliver on October 4, 2023, but I didn't get it until now. Checking UPS website, no information available, that’s weird! I came to T-Mobile store & told them my story, they said they can’t do anything and told me I have to wait until October 16, 2023. I reported to T-Mobile on October 17, 2023, and I don't know what’s their resolution now. When do I get my new phone? They’re already charged the order on my credit card. Does anyone can help me on this?

  • that part im not to sure of. you might opt to contact TMO through either Facebook or Twitter and see what they can find out. hitting them up starts you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.

    I guess it got stolen from UPS because they don’t have any information to update. I don't know how long for T-Mobile sending me the 2nd delivery. 

  • wondering if it was either stolen during delivery or getting there and nothing has been reported back? or damaged.

     

    hopefully its neither and theyre just taking their sweet time setting up a second delivery

    The UPS website said if you are a sender, you may start a claim to provide resolution. I just talked to T-Mobile, I plan to go to UPS today to check with them. So frustrated!

     

  • if its stuck with UPS there isnt a whole lot that can be done..so since it wasn’t delievered what is the sipping status saying now? obviously not delivered..have you contacted UPS to ask whats going on? or just TMO?
