Phone Order more than 3 weeks but still did not get it

that part im not to sure of. you might opt to contact TMO through either Facebook or Twitter and see what they can find out. hitting them up starts you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.
if its stuck with UPS there isnt a whole lot that can be done..so since it wasn’t delievered what is the sipping status saying now? obviously not delivered..have you contacted UPS to ask whats going on? or just TMO?
