ordering new iphone

I order the iphone 15 on Oct. 1, and the phone was stolen before reaching ups. Not one word was said to me til I called, was given the explanation of them investigating the issue will get a call back and will be issued a refund. I let a week go by no response or anything from tmobile. I called them again and was told that they were backed up since this always happens alot when new iphones release. And was told if bill generates before issue is gotten to then to call back so they can fix bill. 

  • There is nothing more I can do until they are done investigating the issue, so I was venting some but was also seeing if this happens alot cause they way they are handling it is very much not customer friendly.
