ordering new iphone
I order the iphone 15 on Oct. 1, and the phone was stolen before reaching ups. Not one word was said to me til I called, was given the explanation of them investigating the issue will get a call back...
There is nothing more I can do until they are done investigating the issue, so I was venting some but was also seeing if this happens alot cause they way they are handling it is very much not customer friendly.
