IPHONE 14 PRO CARRIER LOCK

I just have my phone locked in 2days. I tried calling the customer service and they said that I should be going to physical store then I go to the physical store but the physical store says that I should call them. It makes so much hassle in my part since I can not use my phone, all of the important things are in my phone. What should I do?
