costco member benefits

I am wondering why I was told that I didn’t get my benefits (prepaid Mastercard) when I switched over to T-Mobile and purchased two new IPhones at Costco, because I tried to submit my promotion code too early? So now I’v lost out on $600. Is there anyone that knows how to remedy this?
