Compliments to Harvard Square branch staff
I’ve had a perplexing data connectivity problem with my iPhone 12. Mic at the Harvard Square store was welcoming, competent, and creative in diagnosing and solving the problem in a few minutes, which turned out to be deep in the T-Mobile system interface for my account. What a relief to work with a pleasant, smart, able and willing T-Mobile staff member. Thank you, Mic!
