carrier lock on iphone 13 pro max
i recently had a relative buy me an iphone 13 pro max and i had it shipped to egypt and turns out it’s sim locked and i can’t use it here and i have slim chances on shipping it back to america in one piece so i have no idea on what to do now and i can’t contact T mobile so if anyone could be of help i would really appreciate it
unfortunately no. you can try contacting them through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..only other way is calling in or using the chat feature here
is there an email address i can submit a request to or am i stuck with the phone
If your not a Tmobile customer there's not much they can do to help you. All carrier phones are sold locked and requirements must be met to receive the unlock code and the main one is usage requirements on Tmobile towers.
