BLOQUEIO DE IMEI POR ROUBO FEITO INDEVIDAMENTE
Meu iphone foi bloqueado por vocês não sei por qual razão. Estou tentando todos os meios para o desbloqueio visto que meu aparelho nunca foi roubado, sendo esse bloqueio feito indevidamente.
Usei a linha de vocês enquanto estava nos EUA, mas voltei para o Brasil e a conta foi cancelada. Ocorre que 5 meses depois usando o aparelho normalmente, vocês bloquearam meu celular sem justo motivo.
O celular foi comprado diretamente na apple.
Gostaria de uma providência.
