As of July 19 i can only send texts. No placing or receiving calls and talk-to-text feature quit. How can I restore these?
They might be on Facebook, also. If not, if I were you, I would make an x account for this. I had an account problem that Customer Care couldn’t fix, after several phone calls over several weeks. T-Force on Twitter (back then) fixed it the day I contacted them. Good luck.
Or, can you go into a T-Mobile or Apple store?
Talk to text is an on-device feature. If all of these issues started at the same time. It is more than likely an issue with your device. Have you tried performing a Network Reset on your device and then powering it off for at least 5 minutes to allow it to refresh its connection to the T-Mobile network?
