As of July 19 i can only send texts. No placing or receiving calls or talk-to-text feature

They might be on Facebook, also. If not, if I were you, I would make an x account for this. I had an account problem that Customer Care couldn’t fix, after several phone calls over several weeks. T-Force on Twitter (back then) fixed it the day I contacted them. Good luck. 

Or, can you go into a T-Mobile or Apple store?
