why do Securus calls not come through?
This just started happening to me out of no where. Funds arenin the account, even a voicemail pops up but the call does not ring through. I pray #632# works! Someone needs to figure this out. TMobile and Securus need to have a meeting and work it out. Like someone else said, adding stress to an already stressful situation is unnecessary. My son needs to talk to his father.
How did you get this to work? I was receiving the calls then all of a sudden it wouldn't come through but on that app I can see my husband was attempting to call so when I called Securcus they said it was because of Google voice which I have no clue about cuz I don't use that and they want to verify my phone bill how long does it take

SecureSUCKS wasn't any help so I called T-Mobile and worked with their level 3 tech support. I don't know why they would mention Google voice as I don't believe you can even use that service with SucureSUCKS! The phone bill verification takes 2 to 3 days. If you're using T-Mobile...make sure you dial #632# on your phone each morning to make sure the Spam Blocker is turned off. Sometimes it seems to turn on overnight!

And do they notify you the block is off ? Or I guess I gotta keep calling them uhh lol smh

Yes...you will get a notification on your screen that its been turned off. But keep doing it every morning. Also shut your phone down every morning for 5 seconds. Do a turn off..NOT a restart. In this order...Turn off the phone, wait 5 seconds, turn on. Then do #632#.

Did you have to do the phone verification before? They pissing me off frfr. Yes they said it's coming up as Google voice and I had to send them a phone bill to verified it's me I don't get that . They are ridiculous

There is no phone bill with Google Voice and that's why I said Ive never heard of anyone being able to use a GV number. Are all of your communications going through email? You may want to call a manager. That's what I did.
