I payed to activate 2 lines
i paid the 90/month for the two lines and they added an extra one which led to my phones being suspended two days after said payment. I’m literally so frustrated because i keep getting on the phone with them and even when in the store and they’re just asking me to spend more money on an EEROR THEY MADE. I HATE TGIS COMPANY AND JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN SWITCH.jadajones14 minutes agoVisitor2Views0likes0CommentsNo heart company?
I and my wife are 79 years old and living off of social security. In addition, I am physically handicapped and my wife is a believer-in-people but not very smart or cautious. In December, she went to Walmart and talked to the T-Mobile department there and she was told that she could get a better phone without any cost and she bought into it. She had a Samsung Galaxy 15 phone, which she turned in and got a Motorola in the exchange. The Motorola is a piece of s*** phone (compared with the Samsung) and my wife had a lot of problems with it and decided to return it and get the Samsung back. She was told she could not get her phone back. I then gt involved and made a lot of phone calls during the next 2 weeks and in January, I found another special where she could get another Samsung Galaxy A15 at no cost and we took that deal. My wife went to a T-Mobile store (not at Walmart) and talked to a supervisor there to get her Samsung working well. She asked the Supervisor about the Motorola (and what to do about it) ad he said "give it or throw it away". Now 5 months later, I have moved to another company that has offered us a deal at 50% less per month and we moved. I was told that to move, I had to pay off what was still owed on the Samsung phone (due to the fact it was a 1-year deal) and I paid for that ($75). Nonetheless, I was also told that I would have to ultimately pay for the Motorola phone as well and that would be $140 more. I called customer service and ultimately talked to a supervisor that gave me all the "legal" mumbo jumbo, which meant that my wife was responsible for this and that there was nothing they could do. To begin with, my wife was "scammed" into getting a worse phone and she suffered greatly for 2 weeks. She was then told by a T-Mobile supervisor that she could do whatever she wanted with the Motorola as it was hers and free. The Motorola has not been used at all since January and doesn't eve have a line to it. I begged the supervisor to make an exception as the $140 means nothing to the company, but to us it means food for 2 weeks. The T-Mobile supervisor said "Your wife's fault, live with it" T-Mobile shows no heart at all. I am glad I left but I still have the problem of how to pay for something I have no use for, is costing us money we don't have, and was originally sold to my wife by lying to her.VikingMaster48 minutes agoNetwork Novice65Views0likes1Comment40 Day Waiting Period
I signed up for T-Mobile on April 8th got an iPhone and watch. I called today to buy phone and watch outright and have them unlocked. I was told they couldn’t unlock until 40 days. Why?? I was also told after that I could not claim buyers remorse. I never said anything about that. I need to cut my loss and get away from this company. Anyone else hear about this 40 day waiting period?Dwit324552 minutes agoVisitor7Views0likes0CommentsBait and switch
We went to our local T-Mobile store to check on the "$1000 rebate on S25". We were on a $120 a month for four lines plan, and were told it didn't qualify. As we were leaving an employee told us that he "found a plan that works"-the Go G5 55 plan for $120 for four lines (my wife and I are over 55 so we qualified). He also promised that it qualified for the $1000 per phone discount. It required sending in the phones by 3/3/25. My wife wanted to wait for the bill to be certain, but that would mean we lost the discount, so we sent them. We received the first bill today and it's for $180 a month, only $500 rebate per phone (nothing to do with quality of the returns-they are prefect but still being examined). This plan only qualifies for half. We were also offered the "Go G5 Plus 55" for $220 a month for $1000 a phone, both "offers" FAR more than the originally stated contract. We even had it "guaranteed" a second time after my wife got paranoid and called T-Mobile's customer service and "Adrian" told us that the plan MIGHT not qualify, so he suggested we return to the store. We did so, and the employee "went in the back room to talk to his regional manager" for about 20 minutes, then came out and ASSURED us that the plan DID qualify, was $120 A MONTH and $1000 rebate per phone. This is a PURE "bait and switch". We can't just go back to our old plan because now our phones are gone and T-Mobile refuses to return them. We are now stuck paying about $100 more a month when we NEVER would have upgraded the phones under that set of circumstances. As far as I can tell, this violates the Federal FTC Act as well as three CA laws: The FTC has issued a Notice that it has determined that bait and switch sales practices are unfair or deceptive trade practices, and violate the FTC Act. CA state Business and Professions Code (B&P) Section 17500: This section prohibits unfair, deceptive, or fraudulent business practices, which includes bait-and-switch tactics. California Code of Regulations, Title 4, Division 3, Article 10, False or Misleading Advertising: This section specifically addresses bait-and-switch advertising. Cal. Code Regs. . 4, § 1304.1 - Bait and Switch Advertising: This regulation outlines the specifics of unlawful bait-and-switch practices. T-Mobile REFUSED to escalate me to a manager and only gave me a PO box for their legal department. This is a HORRIBLE way to do business. it is illegal, likely criminal, and you have pissed me off enough that I now have reported it to the FTC, the FCC, and the CA State AG's office. I also know several DDAs at the Alameda County DA's office who are being consulted.TVMADoc59 minutes agoRoaming Rookie355Views4likes6CommentsOrdered iPhone 15 pro through Store and getting charged for 2 devices

I am highly disappointed with T-Mobile. I have been a customer for YEARS. I have never been late on my payment or even asked for a payment extension. My payments are due on the 1st of the month. My bill is $567.22 a month for 6 Lines plus 5 wearables. I paid $280.00 of my bill last night and requested a payment arrangement for 1 day. To May 2nd because our pay is delayed a few days. System immediately approved my arrangement. I was set. Nope I was so not set. I am sitting at my desk and I get a notification from my bank. They disregarded the payment arrangement and charged me the remailing $287.22. Causing my account to be overdrawn and a overdraft fee. I immediately got on the chat with a rep. For over two hours I went back and forth with them only to be even more frustrated. Long story short, they don't care that they charged me anyway. Telling me that its my fault that I didn't know that they process payment two day earlier. IF MY PAYEMNT IS DUE ON MAY 1ST why is it my fault that you take it two days early. Guess its my fault that I normally pay my bill before it due and have never had to deal with the automatic payment coming out. I then get a survey asking how they did, so I honestly answered. They called me to discuss my answers. Only to again scold me for not knowing that they take payments two day early to insure that the payment is on time. IN WHAT WORLD DOES IT TAKE TWO DAYS TO PROCESS A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT? I am so over this company. I am looking in to switching to Xfinity. From what I can see they are way cheaper than T-Mobile. Funny thing is they rep doesn't even care that I am considering leaving their company. Great customer service. I think they have gotten too big for their britches.Rmccarty752 hours agoVisitor14Views0likes0CommentsWi-Fi Calling on ASUS ROG Phone 9 Pro
I purchased this phone back in January directly from ASUS after confirming that it was compatible with T-Mobile networks. When I recieved it I was surprised to find out that Wi-Fi calling is not by default provisioned for the phone when a T-Mobile SIM card is inserted into the phone. This is what the settings menu looks like when you search for Wi-Fi calling: Accessing the Testing menu by dialing *#*#4636#*#* aand going to phone information brings up this menu: Note that the slider for Wifi calling is greyed out and I am unable to put it into the ON position. So I called T-Mobile tech support and after going through the basic troubleshooting steps I was escalated to tier 2. More troubleshooting steps but I was finally able to get them to understand that the phone has to be provisioned on their end for this to work. A ticket was opened for tier 3 support to look at within 3 business days. During this time whatever tier 3 did to provision the phone worked as after day 3 I was able to move the slider to the on position after cycling the Mobile Radio Power from on to off, waiting 30 seconds, then off back to on. In the normal settings menu on the phone the option to turn on WiFi calling was now visible and selectable. I turned it on and it worked flawlessly. I was able to make and recieve calls over WiFi. However after about a month of it working I updated my phone to the latest software version and for whatever reason the option for WiFi calling was no longer available and the slider in phone information from the testing menu was back to the off position. I have been on the phone with T-Mobile tech support 5 times now asking them to re-provision the phone, but I just cant seem to get someone who understands what needs to be done. Its extremely frustrating to have to go through hours of basic troubleshooting steps every time I call only to be told its either 'out of scope' or 'contact the manufacterer' (which I have also done who confirmed this is a T-Mobile issue). As I see it, all I need is for someone in tier 3 support (who dont talk directly to customers) to press whatever button they did before to provision the phone for WiFi calling again. As far as troubleshooting goes I have done everything they have asked up to and including factory resetting the phone, twice. Has anyone had this problem with T-Mobile or have any advice on how to get ahold of someone more technologically knowledgable at customer support (i.e. tier 3)? Thanks for reading, I know it was a bit lengthy.Crobertson096 hours agoNetwork Novice400Views0likes2CommentsT-Mobile shuts down my texts and doesn't tell me!
So, this problem has happened to me twice in less than 6 months. If I send out a lot of texts in one day, T-Mobile shuts down my texting and doesn't allow me to even text my wife or daughter on the same calling plan. Their excuse is that they have software that "senses" when spam messages are being sent out. OK, so even if that was the extent of it.... it's really not. As a paying customer of T-Mobile for more than twenty years or so, I feel that of your plan is going to be restricted in any way at all, they should contact you to address this issue. However, they do NOTHING! The first time I experienced this problem I was sending out messages for a birthday party. Next thing you know its 5 days later and I still can't send a text to pretty much anyone, I had to download a texting app to contact my wife without calling her. After all those days with no texts they tell me they discovered the reason and now it'll take at least two more days with no text service. Thats right, customer service has no way to re-instate tour full contact features immediately. But they shut it down fast enough! This just happened again yesterday and its the last straw. I'm tired of being treated like this so Bye Bye! I am getting rid of this service and going to Patriot Mobile. T-Mobile sucks!!Rock260476 hours agoVisitor18Views0likes0Commentsdata roaming usage
