tmobile is the worst company

I have been on the phone with T-Mobile for month. Talking about all the problems I have with the service. They go through all the Troubleshooting With me and still I have the problem. A manager came on the phone and said she's been listening to our conversation and she promised to send me a S24 phone and that never happened After all, the lies and promise embarrassment, insult humiliated and disrespect from tmobile I still didn't receive the tmobile phone!!! they talk about you behind the scene disrespect you for all the weeks I have been talking with T-Mobile customer. I was make joke of They make fun of me humiliate and embarrass me.
