Tmobile deleted my voicemails
Tmobile deleted my voicemails. As a customer of 17 years, I had no idea they now did this. They never notified us to a change in a long-standing practice. Some of the voicemails were from my dad who has died. Does anyone know where to find the policy? The Tmobile staff who “answered” on an old post alluded to a way to avoid this, but did not tell us how. How is that helpful? Anyone know how to do that? Thank you.

gramp28 Thank you. But there must have been a change at some point as these messages were years old and I hadn’t regularly resaved them. If I had been notified of the change, I would have done something different. Also, the Visual voice mail section on this site says saved messages will not be deleted.

In the link below Tmobile will delete voicemail if they haven't been been istened to anywhere from 14 to 30 days depending on the plan.
