OnePlus 10 Pro 5g NE2217
Are you sure your model is NE2217?? Can you share a screenshot of your update....
As a former beta tester, the updates come from OnePlus/OPPO. T-Mobile has very little say in the development of the updates that OPPO creates for their devices. Because T-Mobile has moved away from offering OPPO/OnePlus devices, those updates, especially major ones, have slowed to a crawl.
I was talking to OnePlus North America customer service, and now they are contradicting themselves by saying that they have no information on this matter and that such data is stored by the T-mobile itself. In this situation, why are we being harassed like this? As a customer, don't we have the right to receive accurate information?

Or maybe the certainty of knowing that that update will arrive to the device because it's already on other devices from T-Mobile like the Google Pixel. Even the unlocked versions of the OnePlus 10 pro are receiving it.
Also is sad that we are attached to this version (ne2217) and we can't change the OS (I.E: Unlock the bootloader, root it, change the region version of Oxygen Os) even when WE are the owners because we pay for it.
I have no problems on waiting if we got some oficial news or even if they say it will be delayed some time but the communication is key. I thank you for gave us some of your time to try to give some information but the question is still open bc there's no real answers

Manufacturers always prioritize their device models that are usually offered directly from them. Samsung with their U1 devices is a good example. Manufacturers are responsible for these upddates, whether it's Google, Samsung, OnePlus Motorola, Apple, etc. OnePlus devices ending in a 5 will always be prioritized over the 7's and usually India's model next.
