Promotion

When I signed up for the internet service, it gave me a $200 gift cpromotion. For signing up with T-Mobile internet. They just sent the information to my email. But I'm unable to access the car because it's asking for A.  Sign in name or something. I'm not sure what that is. 

also asked for a number and I put the number in and it did not work.
