Place name on additional phone number
My Son, Wesley J is on my account, and his # is (919) 673-****. Can you please put his name under his cell phone number so that when he calls, WESLEY J shows on the caller ID? Thanks! Brenda J ...
From my understanding, changing the outgoing Caller ID name has to be done through Customer Care. You can do that by calling 611 or by sending a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter to have them make the change for you.
