It could be that the Sim card went bad.
You needs to call Tmobile support to cancel.

Thank you for the reply. Brought it to T mobile. They disabled WiFi. It worked for a while then started to go to voicemail. I will shut off and reboot.
Are you connected to the T-Mobile network or are you connected to WiFi with WiFi Calling enabled? Have you checked to make sure your device is not in Airplane Mode? Have you tried rebooting your device? Have you tried powering off your device cometely for at least 5 minutes to allow your device to refresh its connection to the network?
