payment arrangement set phone still inactive
I set up a payment arrangement and my phone was turn back on but now it back inactive saying i have to pay 352 but im on a payment arrangment
A payment arrangement is for any past due balance at the time the payment arrangement was made. You are still responsible for your regular bills as well as the payment arrangement.
To discuss all billing related iasues, you need to either reach out to Customer Care by calling 611 from your T-Mobile line (still works when suspended) or send a DM to T-Mobile on either Twitter/X or Facebook.
