    if i payed one of my arrangements today, and it was originally supposed to be payed on feb 13 am i still going to be charged ? and my next arrangement on the 27th

    I didn’t get my disability today and wasn’t able to pay the first payment arrangement. Will my phones be shut off if I make it tomorrow?
