No SIM

I just received my replacement Galaxy A11 in the mail to replace my one with a cracked screen. I followed all instructions but the new phone keeps displaying “No SIM”. How do I fix this?

When you sent in your damaged device.  Did you remove the SIM card from it?  If so, then put that SIM into the device you received as a replacement.  If you did not remove the SIM from the device you sent in.  You will need to go to a T-Mobile Store and get a replacement SIM to activate your service on in place of your old SIM.
