No Admin login page 192.168.12.1 FAST 5688W

Typing in the IP on this router and goes to a page with 3 options. Nothing basically.

    The only way to manage the T-Mobile Gateway, is by using the T-Life app.

      I'm trying to setup high availability redundant firewalls and i need to access the Gateway's DHCP server setting but I don't see that in the T-Life app. Where can I find that? I want to be able to set statics or make the Gateway passthrough/bridge mode.

      I don't see any admin console on web or t-life app. Supper annoying. I am however seeing crazy speeds of 624 down and 108 up which is more than double what had with Verizon cell Internet. I guess it doesn't matter really since I will have my router behind it but I like to have full control of all devices since this is what I do.
